A $100.00 non-refundable deposit may be made in order to reserve the property for the dates requested. There is a $50 fee to make a date change to a reservation. (There is no fee to add additional days to your reservation).
Cancellations may be made up to 90 days prior to arrival date or within 48 hours of making the reservation, if the reservation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations must be in writing. If cancellations are made outside the cancellation period the property will be put back up for rent. If the property is rented, all fees collected minus a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded, otherwise the full rental amount is due and fees will not be refunded.

The deposit will be processed for return within 2 weeks of checkout. The Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival. If it is less than 90 days to your arrival date, the balance is due within 48 hours of making your reservation.
PARKING: Many parking spaces and garages are small in beach area and may not accommodate all vehicles, especially trucks and SUVs. San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.
AIR CONDITIONING: Most Units DO NOT have Air Conditioning.
LINENS AND TOILETRIES: To start your wonderful vacation, we provide the following items for you:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 Travel size soap per bathroom
2 rolls Paper Towels
Dishwasher Detergent (for units with dishwashers)
Laundry Detergent (for units with washing machines)
1 Towell set per guest, including bath towell, hand towell and washcloth
1 set of sheets, pillow(s), comforter per bed
It is the guests responsibility to wash linens during your stay as needed and buy toiletries beyond what is initially provided. San Diego Sunset Vacation Rentals will provide daily or weekly maid service at an additionl cost. We offer free refills of propane, laundry detergent, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent during office hours should your unit run out.
KITCHEN AMENITIES: Kitchens will be stocked with pots, pans, microwave, coffee makers, utensils, and dishware. Most properties have blenders, toasters, and irons. We cannot guarantee that properties will have specialty cooking items such as crock pots, cookie sheets, measuring cups, etc. Please pack according to your needs.
RECREATION: As our guests, you have access to FREE daily rentals of boogie boards, and horseshoes. You can rent this equipment from our office everyday between 9:30am and 5:30pm. Be advised all rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

To Make a Reservation you must be the minimum rental age specified for the property of age or older. Person making reservation MUST check-in and stay at unit the entire duration of the reservation.
Check Out is at 10AM.
Check In is 3pm to 5pm at 3748 Mission Blvd. Late check in times may be arranged in advance.
