  • Ocean Point 308 AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS!!

The view is fabulous with easy access to the beach. The pool was cold due to it being in the shade most of the time. The kitchen was well supplied. It was great overall.

    Wonderful Experience
Condo well furnished and tons of storage and kitchen nicely equipped. Very close to ocean. Quiet. Loved free Wi-fi. Smart to have broom & nite lights, etc. Lots of beach equipment. lots to do within walking & biking distance loved having bikes. People we met were friendly. Directions & instructions were clear and thorough & concise. Quick response when we needed help & information. Would stay there again.

  • Ocean Point 112 POOLSIDE!!

We all had a fun filled week with so much to see but most of all just relaxing at the beach was on the agenda. The home is a perfect location for a vacation rental, it was well planned out. We had pull out beds for the kids, not a sofa sleeper. They liked that the beds rolled out away from one another.

Being an illustrator I especially appreciated a gallery wall of paintings. The other art throughout was modern in nature adding to the fun spaces. The large spacious newly remodeled kitchen was a joy, it had everything we needed. There was an AC unit at the condo, but being right at the beach, we left the windows open to enjoy the fresh salty natural air. Right outside of this condo was the best amenity, the lovely swimming pool. The large double set of windows were open wide to take it all in. The kids locked the screen door letting the breeze in yet felt secure as we walked to get groceries.

The only regret was not having a deck space. So instead of sitting, we made time to go for bike rides. With this condo we had two bikes for free and down the walkway we found a bike shop to rent two more. We loved this beautiful boardwalk and bay area with its many trails to ride off the streets. The main street of PB was fun to walk, lots of cool shops & places to eat. We valued the location, being able to leave the car in our reserved parking garage, to be able to walk to places and not search for a parking place at the beach. We will book at this place again next year!

  • Ocean Point 112 POOLSIDE!!

If you like a quiet condo for a relaxing vacation, look no further, book it now. We found it very convenient being on the first floor to BBQ often, go for a nice swim and lounge at the large sundeck area. The highlight was the delightful beach walks at sunset. We loved the bright happy colors in the living room, dining area and kitchen, plus even the bathroom. Then once you reach the bedroom in the spacious home, the restful colors of turquoise, provided a comfortable sleeping environment. The room darkening blinds in addition to the vertical blinds, blocked out the night lights of the city. There was plenty of room in the closets for our luggage storage, once we unpacked and got set up for a fun filled week. The whole condo was well thought out, there were two twin pull out beds for teens in a separate area. The kids have their own bed and dont have to share a sofa sleeper. The owners provided a gallery wall of paintings, I think all watercolors of various themes to inspire. And what a treat for two to cook together in the large spacious new kitchen, it had everything needed. There was an AC unit at the condo, but San Diego weather rarely needs any AC, being at the beach, the fresh salty breeze is a delight to breath. Looking out at the calming color of the pool through the front windows added to the feel of being on vacation.

The only regret was not having enough time to go for a bike ride. Even though the owners provided bikes for free, there was not enough days to squeeze in all there is to do in this lovely area. Walking up Garnet is a kick, to the many fun shops & eateries. The convenience of having a reserved parking spot in the garage, was grand. This is the place to stay for a Wonderful Vacation.

  • A Paradise Retreat

Paradise retreat is a real winner. There was new stuff everywhere you looked in this ground floor condo. Clean as a whistle. It has a killer location on Mission Bay and only a city block from the Pacific Ocean. You can walk (as in, NOT DRIVE) to restaurants, bars, the Belmont Amusement park, ocean side venues, water sports, and shops. Yet none of these invade your privacy. Close to a bus stop and public parking. Well done to the owners for making this a true jewel. We will definitely be back. Jim & Laura, Chicago

  • Bay Front Jewel

Had a LOVELY & relaxing week idling the time away at this fantastic condo. Stayed along with my family (4 adults in total) & found the condo to be exceptionally well appointed for our needs 3 bedrooms more than enough with plenty of room to spare! Access to both the Beach & Sail Bay is at your doorstep with a very tranquil patio right on the Bay itself (including a fire pit to keep warm on those crisp summer nights!). Ideally located just a short drive from Downtown (Gaslamp district) & not far from the rolling hills (& beautiful beach) of La Jolla. 2 parking spots also a plus as public parking is few & far between in Mission Beach. Would recommend this place to all!

    Best holiday home ever
Oh boy do I miss this place. This apartment made you feel like you were at home it has every thing you need. Very nicely decorated and furnished. And the view of the beach from the windows was the best part. Going to sleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. Oh that is not all...the sunsets were brilliant and the surfers were brilliant and the dolphins were brilliant. Definitely a place I look forward to coming back to. Great owners.

Great escape from the busier beach side of Mission Bay area. Calm and peaceful bayside property was great for an extended weekend trip through San Diego. Highly recommend!
