A terrific oceanfront 3 bedroom family friendly property that sleeps up to 8. There is King sized bed in the Master Bedroom with a full private bath, Queen in the second bathroom also with a full private bath, two twin beds in the third with a half bath across the hall and a queen sized fold out couch. Each bedroom offers flat screens TV's with cable channels. It is priced very competitively with other comparable 2 bedroom ocean front properties. It provides you a far less crowded alternative with more bed(s) than a 2 bedroom and about 40% more square footage. This rate includes FREE WI-FI, FREE same day bicycle rentals, FREE body board rentals and FREE nursery supplies as well as FREE access to the fitness and business centers.
It has ocean views from the unit, 8 blocks of shopping and dining to the east and endless shopping and dining to the north and south as well as Crystal Pier at your doorstep. It is centrally located so the drive downtown or to the airport is only about 13 minutes from your reserved and gated parking spot. There is also a 24 hour full service grocery store (Ralph's) and a pharmacy a block away.
The unit is on the first floor in the center of a 'U' shaped building, so noise from the boardwalk and the city are filtered out and all you hear on your comfortable and private patio are the sounds of the ocean. The common courtyard is spacious, private and adjacent to your patio and is directly accessible from the unit if you prefer to sit next to the boardwalk.
Also, 50% of the owners are full-time residents so the Home Owners Association has strict policies (and fines) regarding excessive, late night noise - so you can be assured that you will be staying in a peaceful and relaxing beach environment.

The complex has a spa, a sauna, and a large patio area with lounge chairs and patio furniture overlooking the ocean.
