  • Ocean Point 112 POOLSIDE!!

If you like a quiet condo for a relaxing vacation, look no further, book it now. We found it very convenient being on the first floor to BBQ often, go for a nice swim and lounge at the large sundeck area. The highlight was the delightful beach walks at sunset. We loved the bright happy colors in the living room, dining area and kitchen, plus even the bathroom. Then once you reach the bedroom in the spacious home, the restful colors of turquoise, provided a comfortable sleeping environment. The room darkening blinds in addition to the vertical blinds, blocked out the night lights of the city. There was plenty of room in the closets for our luggage storage, once we unpacked and got set up for a fun filled week. The whole condo was well thought out, there were two twin pull out beds for teens in a separate area. The kids have their own bed and dont have to share a sofa sleeper. The owners provided a gallery wall of paintings, I think all watercolors of various themes to inspire. And what a treat for two to cook together in the large spacious new kitchen, it had everything needed. There was an AC unit at the condo, but San Diego weather rarely needs any AC, being at the beach, the fresh salty breeze is a delight to breath. Looking out at the calming color of the pool through the front windows added to the feel of being on vacation.

The only regret was not having enough time to go for a bike ride. Even though the owners provided bikes for free, there was not enough days to squeeze in all there is to do in this lovely area. Walking up Garnet is a kick, to the many fun shops & eateries. The convenience of having a reserved parking spot in the garage, was grand. This is the place to stay for a Wonderful Vacation.

  • See the Sea #10

As I sit and enjoy my final morning at See the Sea listening to the ocean, I wanted to share my review while it was still fresh in my mind.

What a beautiful location. Steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Yet you feel like your in your own private paradise . We arrived on a Saturday just in time to watch the sunset from the patio it was spectacular! The condo itself is well maintained and has the comforts of home. There are flat screen TVs in all the rooms, an IPOD player as well as WIFI. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cooking utensils. The locals could not have been more friendly and happy to give recommendations of places to go. The management company was very helpful with coupons to local attractions. I look forward to a return visit soon!

Great escape from the busier beach side of Mission Bay area. Calm and peaceful bayside property was great for an extended weekend trip through San Diego. Highly recommend!

  • Ocean Point 112 POOLSIDE!!

What I liked most about staying here was being able to walk out the door, down the steps to fantastic surf daily. No loading up the boards to drive somewhere, the surf was great here in North PB. After a good session out front, the luxury was to come back to a hot spa before heading to a plethora of close by restaurants. I never had to get in my car and hunt for parking. My car was safe in the below ground assigned parking spot. Even to head out to a grocery store I either peddled on the provided bikes or walked to Ralphs which has a great salad bar. Speaking of bars, or nightclubs Pacific Beach also has a fun vibe. Some evenings I would walk up Garnet to check out its many shops & nightclubs, meeting the most beautiful ladies working. Captive audience...

If you are like me, athletic needing a pleasant vacation away from your daily work life, this condo is a good choice. The manager did make it clear no parties, it is a quiet building with long term tenants, no problem… there are many fun places to go out to in the evenings & walk home in a safe area.

Safe for the kids to roam at the beach
